Similar to the more common bucket tiki design with three tikis, but this one was created by OMC only for Harvey's Lake Tahoe, and it features the Sneaky Tiki logo, and is printed with "Harvey's Lake Tahoe" on the side in a script font. There is also a more modern looking sans serif block font version without an apostrophe in the word "Harvey's". OMC sticker on bottom.
This mug is of the original Mr. Bali Hai, the mascot for the Bali Hai Restaurant in San Diego. This version of the mug was manufactured by OMC and bears the OMC sticker, and has a concave base marked "Mr. Bali Hai made Exclusively for Bali Hai Restaurant San Diego, Calif" printed on the bottom. Mr. Bali Hai is an oblong head with a bone through the nose and large white hoop earrings, with sleepily lidded eyes (eyes are usually brown, sometimes blue). The mug comes with a lid with two straw holes.

The mug is brown and shaped like a slot machine with a tiki face and an open mouth full of change. The arm is bamboo with a skull-shaped knob. This mug was specially produced for the Halloween 2016 season. The mug depicts the three hitchhiking ghosts from Disneyland's Haunted Mansion in a stacked tiki totem design - Ezra (the skeleton), Phineas (the traveler), and Guss (the prisoner), complete with his ball and chain. It has a hand-wiped black finish over a natural glaze. There appear to be at least two slight variants, one with more of a brownish black glaze and one with a more brown glaze. This first edition was produced in a limited edition of 2500 pieces. A 2017 second edition was produced in a green wipe glaze. There is also a 2016 blue version and a 2017 red version that was produced for Trader Sam's Grog Grotto in Florida.
