Tiki Kate's Moai Jar

This gray glazed Moai jar comes with a cork "topknot".
A small number of these jars were produced by Squid, marked "Tiki-Kate 1969 - 2010" on the reverse, and were used to distribute small amounts of her cremated ashes to close friends so that they could sprinkle them at a few of her beloved tiki sites. The majority of her cremated ashes were house in a large custom tiki urn that Squid also made for her on commission before her death.
Prior to this, Squid made some unmarked jars for sale as "Stash Jars" for his Acme Bakeware line.
