On the Island of HAWAII, two celebrated artists’ friendly decade long rivalry becomes a combined effort to create the ideal Tiki Mug, from the Kona Coast of the Island of Hawaii.

Brad Parker based the mug on a small-town Tiki that currently stands watch in an open air lobby next to the only existing Don the Beachcomber's Restaurant & Mai-Tai bar. Local legend has it this tiki stands sentinel guarding against tsunamis.

Alex Gupton could not resist and wrapped one of his famous Hawaiian geckos around the back of the mug for the added local touch!

Krampus is a beast-like creature from the folklore of Alpine countries thought to punish children during the Yule season who had misbehaved, in contrast with Saint Nicholas, who rewards well-behaved ones with gifts. Krampus gives out coal and switches and is said to capture particularly naughty children in his sack and carry them away to his lair. Krampus is represented as a beast-like creature, generally demonic in appearance with horns and a long protruding tongue. This Krampus mug was created for 2014 and the devil figure is holding a pitchfork in one hand and dragging a small child with the other. More children are stuffed in his bag on the reverse side.
