This is one of 2 Hulaween party box swizzles for 2017 by Tiki tOny.
This swizzle features the Pumpkin Head Kid at top (which was made into mug form the following year) and a bat at the bottom.
The second swizzle featured stacked pumpkins on a spike at the top and a pumpkin at the bottom.
Limited to 100 box sets with: 2 swizzles, 2 Mai tai glasses, an enamel pin, an 8x10 print, a cocktail card print, a car sticker, and a chalkware wall hanging figurine.
Sold through TikiTony.com mid September 2017 and began shipping beginning of October.
