This green acrylic swizzle was part of the 2017 Happy Huladays box set put out by Tiki tOny. Manufactured by California Lustre.
It shows an elf perched on a tiki at top of a striped North Pole and a skeletal Santa down below holding a couple of skulls.
There was also a red swizzle in the set.
