This mug was designed by Crazy Al Evans as merchandise for his band, APE. The mug is a monkey's head, wearing a fez that says "APE", and the mug comes with a lid with a strawhole. The mug was manufactured by Tiki Farm. This custom order version of the mug was hand glazed by Crazy Al and these numbered less than 56 between the years 2004 and 2007. Starting off at $84.95 they jumped to $300.00 each in 2007 after many successful Ebay auctions at the time. The final 12 APE Fez Custom Mugs were offered to the public in limited raffles starting in 2020 (6 One-of-a-Kind Glazed Mugs along with 6 mugs in a Unique ‘Glossy/ Flat’ Custom Deluxe Glaze).
