I have two of these. One bought for $10 at the bar and one I picked up much later at Goodwill for $3.

Tonga Room Hurricane Glass with Foliage

This hurricane glass was used at the Tonga Room at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. "Tonga" is printed on the front and back surrounded by tropical foliage. There is an earlier version of this glass with a one sided graphic including tapa designs and a Tiki mask.
