These shakers are shaped like a traditional temple image. The tiki has wide round eyes, a large simple headdress, a gaping mouth and his long fingers which meet on his stomach. Colors vary since they were painted by home hobbyists. They were made from a Duncan brand hobbyist mold (circa 1963) and also resemble the early Coco Joe's piece pictured on pg. 167 of Tiki Quest.
