Got this mug at the Tipsy Tiki, September 6, 2024, in Oahu, Hawaii with Matthew. It’s a small tiki bar inside a food court area inside the International Market Place started by Don the Beachcomber way back.

Kon-Tiki in Oakland, September 29, 2024 - with Matthew. Got glass with mermaid octopus on it. Went to this location before mug collecting, with Nikki and Ivan. They had another location, smaller, and we did both in one night. Both locations are now closed.

Matthew and I have been listening for years. So, we had to get one of their mai tai glasses.

Matthew and I went during our new year’s trip to Ventura - January 1st 2026. Bamboo Ben did a good job on the interiors. The pizza was not so great in our opinion, though. Everything, including this mug, was $9.99!

I got this from the Factory Bar in Richmond, CA on September 23, 2023. This was when they were deciding to discontinue their Tiki Tuesday nights.

These were at my mom’s beach house, and I noted that they were tiki mugs. So, she sent them to me as a surprise on 2/23/25. I grew up not far from Cherry Hill. So, these feel a little like home.

4/25/25, Matthew, Steve, Vanessa and I went to a Tiki Oasis Arizona session called “Pathways to the Pacific” led by the owner and Chef of the Wusong Road in Cambridge, MA. Got two free mugs shaped like Chinese takeout containers. These are available at the Wusong Road, as well.
