This is a native hula girl wearing a flower lei and hibiscus flower who also happens to be a zombie with half her face rotted away.
This is the "Warm Flesh" edition with natural skin tone on the remaining flesh, black hair, and a pink/yellow hibiscus blossom. There is also a "Cold Flesh" edition with greenish-blue skin.
