This is a standard clear zombie glass with the Bamboo Room Logo sign and blue graphics (resembling Chinese breezeway blocks). The Tiki Design is inspired by a pair of fertility hut doors on premises. Manufactured by Culture Cove/South Pacific Promotions.
This design was adapted for the Bamboo Room's "Happy Holidays" Zombie glasses for at least 2 years running (2020 and 2021). This same design also appears to have been produced in shot glass form.
