This mug appears to be an unauthorized version of the "Mana-Mana" mug designed by AtomicTonyTiki and produced by Tiki Farm for the Tiki Farm 10th Anniversary event at La Luz de Jesus Gallery. The tiki is in the style of a traditional Maori figure and is holding a smaller tiki head in its hands.

Compared to the original, this version has far fewer teeth, a less detailed lower head, and various other areas with less detail. It also has no maker marks on or underneath the mug and is a uniform glossy black ceramic inside and out. These can be found on Amazon with listed makers (more likely resellers) shown as Barconic, SuproBarware, and others.
