Originating from Papua New Guinea, the design of the Trader Vic's mask logo was introduced in 1951 and since has been the symbol of Trader Vic's known around the world.
This design was issued in a gloss brown and also in a black/red/white second edition.
It was also issued in a mini version of each color-way.
