This year's Enchanted Sea theme doubled up on romance with two matching mugs made by Eeekum Bookum. The first, represented here, is a wide-eyed diver with his helmet removed. The second is a kissing mermaid (shown in background illustration). Both are meant to be shown together as a tableau scene.
Issued August 2-6th, 2023 at Tiki Oasis, held at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego, California.

The only way to guarantee a mug was to purchase a DELUXE pass.
They also sold these mugs ($150) in the convention center lobby on Friday August 4th at 10:30am.
