This square ashtray was manufactured for Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV.
It is teal green and features several tiki masks on two sides.
The other two sides feature "Mandalay Bay Las Vegas" in gold script and with a bamboo frame.
Measures 5" by 5 3/4".
Very reminiscent and probably inspired by the 2001 Easter Island Soap Dish by Tiki Farm which is also square and had three moai heads on sides.
