This mug is shaped like a rum barrel and is marked for "Three Dots and a Dash, Chicago." It is the third edition and is glazed in redwood brown with black bands and lettering.

The second edition was a medium gloss brown with gray hoop bands. The first edition was a darker matte or perhaps satin brown and without gray bands.
