This is a standard restaurant-ware teapot made of white-glazed ceramic by Jackson China, and imprinted with the logo for the Ta Luau Restaurant in New York in black & burgundy -- with their mask logo which they took from the Luau 400 which preceded them. Issued in September 1967 (known by the date code of Q9 on bottom). This was part of a set with similarly marked teacups measuring 2 1/4" tall.
