South Pacific Keg O' Rum Barrel - Orange Lettering
in 0 collections
This barrel is from the South Pacific Restaurant in Hallandale, FL, which was heavily influenced by the Mai Kai.
This version of this mug has orange lettering on a brown staved barrel with white glazed interior and appears to be made by Otagiri.
Another version appears to be from earlier, and has a glossier clear-coat and, is all brown with a similar lettering style.
The Keg O' Rum appears on surviving menus and the drink served in it was supposed to contain "A barrel of pleasure; four golden rums and 7 fruit juices. Delightful!"
