This is a squatting Tiki based on a stone carving in Tahiti. The regular edition is light gray with purple writing on back and purple interior. This version is an artist proof and, as such, glaze and detail varies. Inspired by a Sacramento area Tahiti restaurant that used to be at the intersection of Florin Road and Highway 99 in the 70s. Sculpted and manufactured by Wendy and Dan Cevola. In addition to the 70 regular versions for the Crawl, there were 10 Artist Proofs, for a grand total of 80 made from the mold. Came with signed and numbered cards. Production of these mugs is well chronicled on Tiki Central. Measures: 8.25"H X 5.75"W X 5.25"D.
