This small off-white tiki tumbler/cup was part of the "Postcards" line of Summer-ware items sold by Kohls Department Stores in the USA in 2004 for $14.99 each.
It has facial features that are generically Moai-ish and faux chisel marks around the body. It's made of a dense plastic and coated with a beige wash (which is prone to rubbing off if scrubbed). It was probably intended as a simple bathroom cup versus a true drinking vessel, as other items in the Postcards tropical line that summer included a toothbrush holder, shower curtain, and shower curtain hooks.
