This very pale light blue hula girl mug was manufactured by Tepco. It features an abstract hula girl next to two palm trees. She is wearing a skirt and lei. It is not cold-painted so the details are difficult to see but the image is raised if you look carefully. The mug is marked "PA-CE-CO China USA" on bottom, which was an alternate mark used by the Tepco company. Tepco collections have also shown a Trader Vic's Kneeling Hula Girl Bowl, a coconut mug, and a pirate head mug (with dagger in mouth) glazed in this light blue with no cold-paint. The thread is on Tiki Central at https://tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic_id=40077 where it chronicles a 2011 Tepco collectors show seminar -- "Tepco – El Cerrito’s Contribution to the World of Tiki and Ceramics".
