This mug portrays one of the nurses from "Eye of the Beholder" which is one of the more famous and classic episodes of The Twilight Zone. In this episode, a young woman lying in a hospital bed, her head wrapped in bandages, awaits the outcome of a surgical procedure performed by the State in a last-ditch attempt to make her look "normal." As it turns out, she is a very good-looking blonde woman with delicate features but after 11 procedures the hospital staff were unable to "fix" her face and make it resemble the pig-like features common to this alternate Earth. As a result, she will have to go live in a segregated community of similarly-featured "freaks" that her doctor and nurses look on with revulsion.

This is a mug shaped like the bust of a female nurse wearing a nurse's cap/wimple. The nurse has a pig nose.

This is a bust of the Wolf Man, with protruding bottom fangs and rectangular eyes.

This second edition is an improved version from the first with cleaner details.

This might be one of the few Tiki/Carnival Glass cross-overs. The finish has an iridescent medley of color, from pink and purple to yellow and gold.

The pattern is one of Hawaiian hula girls dancing alongside palm trees while the sun sets.

This plate was manufactured for Don the Beachcomber in the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The plate is white and features a beachcomber with a beard wearing a pointy hat with a little bird perched on top.

This teapot has a white background with an airbrushed green and golden-yellow detailed Hawaiiana pattern of sailboat, mountain volcano, tropical leaves, and the word "Tiki" spelled out in bamboo.

Designed by Max’s in-house ceramicist Jerry Berta (“Bertiki”), this mug is based on a wood carving at Max’s South Seas Hideaway that comes from the French Polynesian island of Mo’orea. They added some extra detail in the sculpt to make the lines pop and this artist proof is unique from the limited edition in Maori Red.
