Tiki Mugs
Tetlahuan Mug - by Tank Standing Buffalo - for Tiki Farm
in 0 collections
From Tiki Farm:
"When creating our 'Tetlahuan' mug, which represents a beautiful, yet simplistic departure from the norm, we give to you a subtle nod to the limited, but relevant tequila-based mixology creations that are to be found within the Tiki community.
The mug draws inspiration from ancient Meso-American artistry with the origins of the primary feature being Aztec in nature. Finished with a softened pumice-like overall stone hued texture, the wraparound iconography is presented in a beautiful, contrasting earthen red glaze. On the backside of the mug is a nod to the plant that begets the spirit of choice, the iconic agave. The design is supported with a foundation of 3 rounded supporting structures to add further intrigue and elegance to the design, while maintaining our simplistic overall intended direction.
One of the main, albeit selfish reasons we created this design is that we wanted a new mug design in our display cabinets that, when seen by our friends, sparked a conversation of simplistic elegance and intrigue.
Tetlahuan stands 4.25 inches high and has an 18-ounce capacity.
