This small mug is shaped like a pirate's head. The pirate is wearing a head scarf and an eye patch, with a knife blade in his mouth. Hair at the back forms a handle. It is not cold-painted so the details are difficult to see. Tepco collections have also shown a hula girl mug, a Trader Vic's Kneeling Hula Girl Bowl, and a coconut mug glazed in this light blue with no cold-paint.
