This white hiball was manufactured by OMC. It features a geisha with a parasol on the front and a brown pagoda on the back. Marked for the Fuji-En in Denver. Located at 930 Lincoln Street, Denver, CO, the Fuji-En was perhaps the best remembered Japanese restaurant in the Denver area between 1946 and the 1980's. It was located outside the city's traditionally Japanese enclave between Lawrence and Larimer Streets. The Fuji-En was a miniature, idealized version of Japan. Established in 1959, it was Denver's only Japanese restaurant for most Denverites. A miniature wooden bridge led diners to the main dining room or to one of the "Zashiki Tea Rooms". A visit to The Fuji-En was as far East as Denver got during the 1960's and 1970's.
