This mug is one in a series of mugs by Rob with natives (Menehunes) holding masks in front of their faces.
Mo'o is a gecko/lizard in Hawaiian.
The mask face consists of small, circular eyes, a gecko/lizard for a nose, and two bird heads on the cheeks. Actual beaded feathers are worked into a headdress at the top of the mug.

A limited edition (25 each) in matte glaze and in glossy glaze was sold/available at Arizona Tiki Oasis 2023.
