This limited edition of 5 moai mugs was created by Ocea Otica (Cass McClure) for the Southern Surf Stompfest 2021. There were color variations amongst the 5.
The Moai design resembles 1960s era "Tiki Gods" pendants created by Tahitian Tom or some of the early tiki pendants produced by Randotti.
To complete the look, the mug has a molded necklace lanyard "piercing" the top of the Moai and "hanging" behind the mug.
Cass also created a limited run of 5 coconut mugs for the same event.
