The Lucky Tiki was designed by Crazy Al evans and was based on one of his original carvings. The tiki is holding a stack of four skulls and has a pineapple on his forehead and a horseshoe on his chin. His eyes are squinted shut and his mouth is open exposing his teeth and tongue. This version is done up in zombie horde fashion, mostly in green, with some exposed white bone and red blood, and blue tongue and viscera showing through. Also labeled "Unlucky Tiki" on front base.
