These 4 1/2" tall salt & pepper shakers are each shaped like a traditional ku tiki standing on a rounded hill or mound.
There are seven restaurants in the Sam's chain in Okinawa; all are nautical, and four have strong tiki/Polynesian elements. Those four include Sam's By The Sea in Gushi/Naha, Sam's Maui in Kumoji, Sam's by the Sea in Awase, and Sam's Maui on Kokusai street.
There are at least two variants of the shakers -- one that says "Sam's" on the front base in large stencil-like letters and another that says "Sam's By-The-Sea" in similar font.
