This is a mug shaped like a swag lamp crafted of rattan/bamboo/natural fibers/lahala matting/resin & seaglass/sea turtles. This style of lamp was created by Orchids of Hawaii originally and is still made by modern lamp makers, albeit in small numbers since each is custom made.
This mug version features 10 woven palm panels, seaglass windows, and sea turtle (Honu) accents. Matte white with black underglaze, and a gloss ocean blue interior.
10% of the sales went towards Coastal Connections Inc., a non-profit based in Vero Beach, Florida who's mission is to protect coastal habitats by educating and connecting people to the environment.
