This is a mug modeled after the character of Chunk, from the 1985 film by Steven Spielberg, The Goonies.
Chunk is a 14-year-old boy, and as his nickname might suggest, he is chunky. He wears a Hawaiian shirt, plaid pants, and sneakers.
His signature dance is the "Truffle Shuffle", where he pulls his shirt up and wiggles in place while making a number of ridiculous and embarrassing noises.
Later in the film, he makes friends with the fearsome Fratelli brother, Sloth. The Sloth character mug (in blue) was sold as a set with the Chunk mug (in red).
