CrazyAL's CacTiki Debuted in Scottsdale AZ at the first Arizona Tiki Oasis event April 2019. Raised his entire life in Scottsdale, CrazyAL created this ceramic cocktail vessel as a tribute to his home town. Growing up in Scottsdale in the 70s the only 'shopping'' was still basically in the tourist trap area in 'Old Town'... It seemed every shop had a Cowboy with a cactus escaping from his droopy drawers. Scottsdale 'The West's Most Western Town' had great family owned Mexican restaurants. One of the best was right in Old Town and was adorned with a menacing, grimacing face. Los Olivos didn't have a giant tiki on top of it, but the next best thing. CrazyAL used this local icon as inspiration for his Scottsdale tiki sculpture.
