This is a mug shaped like a shrunken head. Billy was a carpenter on the Titanic. He was pulled out of the water by a missionary. To repay his debt we went with the missionary to Papa New Guinea to convert natives. That did not work out so well. There is also a decanter version. This version is an artist proof, and as such, glaze color and other details are unique.
