Recipe: 2 oz. Woodinville® Straight 100% Rye Whiskey, 0.75 oz. Pineapple Juice, 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice, 0.75 oz. Orgeat, 5 Dashes of Scrappy's® Aromatic Bitters.
Since most rums are aged in discarded first-use whiskey or bourbon barrels, this would work just fine for your rum cocktails as well.
