A follow-up to their plain brown 2016 "Spirit of Trinidad & Tobago" mug, this version features a different topless dancer on the front above the legend "The House of Angostura Est. 1824", a long-beaked scarlet Ibis, numerous butterflies and a sailing ship riding wild waves.
The shape flares outward at top and bottom in typical fog cutter fashion, and a deep blue glaze washes out to a darker brown at top and bottom. Interior is dark blue.
This was a promotional item used by the Angostura spirits company, famous makes of bitters, rums and sundry drink items.
