Once located next door to the East Wind Restaurant (later named Yoshi's Japanese Restaurant).

The Pitcairn's neon sign was designed by Heathcote in 1961 and built by California Neon Products.

The hotel was demolished in 1998 as part of the City of Anaheim's "beautification" project.

Today, and as of 2021, this location appears to be a parking lot in-between the Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant and Hampton Inn and Suites.
