UnderTow opened in August 2016, in the lower level of Sip Coffee & Beer Garage. The interior was designed by Danny "Tiki Diablo" Gallardo.

December 23rd, 2020 was the final day for UnderTow at this location, after which plans were put in place for a move inside the Century Grand building next door at 3626 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018. The Century Grand also includes two other bars - Platform 18 and Grey Hen Rx.

Trader Sam's Grog Grotto opened at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort in 2015. It is the sister of Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar, found at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California. Like the bar in Anaheim, the Grog Grotto is a twin tribute to both the Enchanted Tiki Room and Jungle Cruise attractions. It is densely decorated and intensely themed, just as you would hope to find in a Disney tiki bar.

Like the Jungle Cruise, the crew members at the Grog Grotto are trained to give you a theatrical, goofy, fun experience. Some drink orders trigger special effects around the room (order a Polynesian Pearl and watch your bartender retrieve your pearl from a large clamshell), and several drinks are served in souvenir mugs. The decor is a mix of tiki and nautical, with some nods to 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and also includes pieces left over from the old Adventurer's Club that used to be part of Downtown Disney in Orlando. The menu is limited, with several small plates. There is also outdoor seating at the adjacent, relatively lightly-themed Tiki Terrace.

The Grog Grotto was added as part of a big refresh of the Polynesian Village Resort in 2015.

Children are welcome at the Grog Grotto during the day, but after 8pm it is only open to those 21 and older.

Restaurant en Coulisse is a massive fast food restaurant within the Walt Disney Studios Park at the Disneyland Paris Resort. The restaurant is themed with facades of Hollywood restaurants both made-up and real, including the fictional "Liki Tiki" -- complete with A-frame and decor from Oceanic Arts.

Lots of burgers on the menu. No cocktails. Just beer and a wide assortment of sodas and other beverages.

"Skipper" Josh Collins opened the LuWow in 2011 in Fitzroy, a suburb of Melbourne. The LuWow was divided into two sections: the Island Village, which was a traditional Tiki bar, and the Forbidden Temple, a music hall. On weekends, the music hall portion hosted bands, '60s-era DJs, and the occasional Polynesian revue.

The LuWow closed in late December 2016, when their lease on the space ran out.

However, it re-opened in a new location in 2019 at 212 Little Collins Street, Melbourne.

Surf N Shack mostly specialized in surf and skate apparel, but they also had a good selection of tiki mugs from Tiki Farm.

In 2009, Surf N Shack's owner, Ray Apolskis, donated a tiki carved by local carver Jason Rimmer to replace one that had been stolen from nearby Capitola Beach.

Closed around November 2020.

Tangaroa Terrace is a casual dining restaurant at the Disneyland Hotel, with a name inspired by the Tahitian Terrace and Enchanted Tiki Room in Disneyland. It opened in May 2011. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is near the more elaborately-themed Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar. The offerings have island flavors, including a papaya slaw and a pineapple-teriyaki burger. Made-to-order meals are ordered via a video kiosk, and there are also some grab-and-go options. There are some tables indoors, but most of the seating is on an outdoor patio. Exotica and traditional Hawaiian tunes are played.

Beach Bumz is a small store within a shopping center in Kihei, selling tourist items, including plenty of tiki mugs and other items of interest to the modern tikiphile. In the same shopping center as South Shore Tiki Lounge.

Top Notch Kustoms is the auto shop of Ignacio "Notch" Gonzalez. Notch is famous for several things in the tiki world: for building the famous towering Ku and Moai tiki bars seen at Viva Las Vegas, Tiki Oasis and Forbidden Island; for creating the jaw-dropping decor at Smuggler's Cove; and creating original and replica tiki mugs.

Notch's many talents manifest in many different ways, but here at his shop, it's mostly about carsNotch's specialty is hot rod customization. His shop holds a completely immersive tiki bar as a break room. It's a small space, but some ingenious interior design work gives it the feel of a full-size, full-featured tiki bar. Particularly notable: Notch's shop houses the neon sign for the fabled Cosmo Place Trader Vic's in San Francisco.

Smuggler's Cove was opened December 8th, 2009 by Martin Cate, a renowned rum expert and longtime tikiphile who was one of the founders of Forbidden Island in Alameda. Smuggler's Cove specializes in all varieties of rum and rum drinks, with a particular emphasis on historic and exotic cocktails. Cate has attracted some of the top bartender talent in the talent-rich city of San Francisco. Smuggler's Cove regularly appears on the lists of the best bars in the world. It has proven incredibly popular: if you go on a weekend, be prepared to possibly wait in a line for entry.

The decor is a blend of nautical and tiki. The dimly-lit bar spans three floors: the main and lower levels each have their own bars, and an upper half-level is a tiki hut that overlooks the main floor. There is a waterfall between the main floor and the lower floor, with a small pool at the bottom. The construction was led by Ignacio "Notch" Gonzalez, of San Jose's Top Notch Kustoms.

The offerings can be overwhelming in scope: over 500 rums, and more than 75 cocktails. If you're intent on trying as many as possible, consider entering the Rumbustion Society; those who complete the list are rewarded for their efforts.

This was the Haight-Ashbury location of Aqua Surf Shop. This store had a variety of surf gear for sale, and also some Tiki Farm mugs. There was a collection of vintage and modern tiki mugs on display behind the counter, and the store was decorated with several tiki carvings by Bosko. The entrance had a tile mosaic depicting moai. This location closed in 2012.

The original location in San Francisco's Ocean Beach neighborhood had even more tiki character, and it remained open until the area was redeveloped in 2015. That Aqua location moved, and the new store has no tiki.

The Charleston Antique Mall has over 15,000 square feet of antiques and collectibles. One booth at the mall, run by Tiki Lee, was dedicated entirely to tiki, and offered a mix of modern and vintage tiki collectibles, especially mugs, but moved in October 2013 to a new antique mall, Main Street America, at 1400 S. Main St. and is currently still there as of 2022 (although the name of the mall has changed to Main Street Peddler's Antique Mall). Tiki Lee's Tiki Shop also has an online presence at https://tikileestikishop.bigcartel.com/

The Charleston Antique Mall was known as the Red Rooster Antique Mall until it was renamed in 2007. (A separate store that retains the name "Red Rooster" is right next door.) Getting to the antique mall can be a little challenging, as it sits right between the freeway and the railroad tracks, but once you have driving directions it's pretty easy to find.

The Aku Aku bar and restaurant offered "Poolside Dining" at the Cadillac Sands Resort (built in 1961). Tiki designs on the menu appear to have been lifted from a menu from the Tahitian Lanai in Waikiki -- it's unlikely there's any connection beyond an inspiration.

Aku Aku is gone, but the Cadillac Sands remains, now known as the Lake Cadillac Resort. The space retained at least some of its theming in its later incarnation as the Clipper Room and Porthole Lounge but the resort underwent a major renovation in 2019.
