Brown glazed miniature version of the OMC Mai Kai Shrunken Head mug, of unknown origin.About 1/3 size of the regular mold. Based on menu evidence, possibly from the Waikiki Room at the Leamington Hotel in Minneapolis, missing all cold paint.
