A replacement for the Morgantown totem glass, as seen on a 1968 Kahiki drink menu. From a former Kahiki bartender. Update - a glass specialist thinks this may be a Morgantown special order, even though all Kahiki glass from this time in the 70s was sourced from Imperial or Libbey. Also used according to menu evidence at the Coco Palms in Waikiki for their Coco-Banana Daiquiri
