This is a Witco style skull with a sunken treasure gold coin on the back. The regular limited edition was glazed in "Magic Blue" with brown interior. A special "Sunken Treasure" gold edition was mixed in with the regular boxes (limited to 4 only). This is an artist proof version and, as such, glaze colors vary.
