I have three of these in my collection. Hard to read lettering. I also have a few unmarked branch swizzles. This was a popular and generic swizzle for many vintage locations.

The Palmer House Hilton is the oldest hotel in Chicago and more famously to tikiphiles, the former home of a much revered Trader Vic's location.
