This surfer girl design was created by OMC and the mug version was used at a number of different locations.

This plate version is exclusively from Skipper Kent's in San Francisco, California and Kona, Hawaii.

The surfer girl is brown, with a red skirt and surfboard, and is surfing on blue/white waves, with a white background. Yellow and red tropical fish below.

Appears to be based off the earlier 1945 Wallace China plate design which was an airbrushed design.
