This is a standing Marquesan tiki mug with Celtic knot work designs and holding a claddagh. Standing on the mound of "snakes" that Patrick drove off the island. Sculpt by Patrick Vassar. There is also a "satin green" version sold from the manufacturer and not marked for Tonga Hut.
