This skull mug has a very pointed chin, and a hollow area behind the face, with holes for eyes, nose, and three teeth. Bottom is marked with year of manufacture. The modern versions started in 2012 and 2016 without manufacturer stamped on piece. Possibly started with Tiki Farm in 2012 and then made in Thailand for 2016?
