A Greek "Tiki"? Well of course it's not a true Tiki mug per se, but it is ceramic restaurant-ware from Daga for "The Mad Greek" restaurant, which opened in the 70's in Honolulu Hawaii (and is apparently long since closed).
The glossy white mug is shaped like a Greek column with the words "The Mad Greek" incised shallowly in black on the front, and some stylized artwork on the back (all underglaze).
