AKA Pele Fire Goddess.
This small statuette depicts the fire-distorted head and hand of the goddess of fire, Pele, rising from a lava pool with closed eyes. It's made of Lava mixed with resin. The yellow tag names it "Madame Pele" while the carving in the bottom names it "Pele" Fire Goddess. A variation shows eyes with pupils (versus slits).
Coco Joe's also made other/larger depictions of Pele that looked more human.
