Various versions of this small tiki toothpick/matchstick holder were made in Japan for Enco, GF and possibly others. They have a flattened oval cross section (versus round) and are usually just brown toned, but can be colorful as well. They may or may not have location branding on the back, or come with a bundle of cellophane wrapped toothpicks. They are sometimes referred to as "Menehune" (little people) or to have a "Leilani Ku" mouth style, and the same form could also appear as a larger 3" Salt and Pepper Shaker combo.
