This promotional platter features 12 tracks from various performers as played at the "Queen's Surf" Luau show, along with three recipes to make back at home on the mainland (Lomi Salmon, Chicken Breast Hawaiian, and Tomato [Beef] Steak).
Waikiki records started in 1958, but the date of this release is uncertain. At least one version of the release featured a transparent red LP.
