Coco Joe's large 11.5 inch lava+resin "LONO" statue, #16-159 with the word HAWAII in raised letters on the front in a lava-pool oval shaped base.
The Coco Joe's round "stamp" appears underneath, and a copyright symbol with the year "91" is etched on the bottom. This version had a rectangular orange label on the back.
Note that more common 80's versions of this statue in lava used the 109 catalog number and are smaller (around 8 inches tall) with 4 headdress "pineapple spikes" inside the framework instead of this version's 5, and sometimes had gold lettering on the word Hawaii. Some examples exist of a 190 marked 1980 with 5 spikes as well though.
There are also hapa-wood (brown) versions in this size from the 80's.
