This ceramic toothpick holder is a rather generic iteration of the "Happy Tiki" used on salt and pepper shakers and handled mugs by a number of companies. Overall it's a medium brown with a stippled darker brown "cactus" pattern.
A crescent shaped opening across the top and back of the head allows access to a pack of thin toothpicks.
